Pilates is a mind-body exercise system that was developed in the 1920s by Joseph Pilates and is now practised worldwide by over 11 million practitioners.

This lovely lady is one of my favourite clients! She is in her 90’s, trains twice a week and is an inspiration to everybody.

Bespoke Pilates Instruction.

At Pilates Next Door you will receive bespoke Pilates instruction by a PAA registered and qualified instructor in a private, peaceful, home environment. Our philosophy is to keep classes small to ensure that clients receive personalised attention, and to maximise the efficiency of each session. With this in mind, we offer either individual 1 on 1 classes or studio classes (3 students, 1 instructor).

Pilates Next Door is conveniently located in the leafy suburb of St Ives, Sydney.  Our studio utilises top of the range studio equipment from Peak Pilates and Balanced Body, including the: Reformer, Cadillac, Wundachair and other varied apparatus.
